Crab and Sweetcorn Soup
Ingredients
- 8oz/250g Crab meat
- small tin of Sweetcorn
- 12fl oz/375ml water
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- ½ small onion
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 eggs
- finely chopped fresh coriander or spring onions
How to cook
- Beat egg lightly.
- Slice Crab meat into small strips.
- Heat water in pan gently.
- Add sweetcorn than meat.
- Leave for few minutes to cook, than add soy sauce than egg
- Add coriander or chopped spring onions and sesame oil just before serving.
Remember safety in the kitchen, never leave heating oil unattended
