Chinese Dish with Fried Vegetables

Crab and Sweetcorn Soup




  • 8oz/250g Crab meat
  • small tin of Sweetcorn
  • 12fl oz/375ml water
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • ½ small onion
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 eggs
  • finely chopped fresh coriander or spring onions


How to cook

  • Beat egg lightly.
  • Slice Crab meat into small strips.
  • Heat water in pan gently.
  • Add sweetcorn than meat.
  • Leave for few minutes to cook, than add soy sauce than egg
  • Add coriander or chopped spring onions and sesame oil just before serving.


Remember safety in the kitchen, never leave heating oil unattended
